Our lead consultant has nearly 10 years of experience directly managing Security Operations Centers (SOCs) with MSSP organizations, has built up four SOCs from conception to operational, and was the lead security engineer on contract with the SOC of a national Intelligence Community organization.

If security monitoring and alerting is a service you need, we will work with you to determine the best architecture to be able to capture the data needed, and start ingesting log data as soon as practical so that we can establish the baseline for your network environment.  The initial on-boarding normally takes just a couple of days, but the overall process generally takes anywhere from a few days to several weeks, depending on the size of your environment, in order for us to gather enough data to establish a baseline and to be able to provide custom rulesets and the alerts that you want to see.

Security monitoring, including 24x7 Security Operations Center capabilities, is priced low specifically for small businesses.  Put simply, we are able to offer the lowest price in this area because of the relationships we have built.  We know that the big MSSPs on the block are expensive - we've worked with and for them - and small businesses simply can't afford the packages offered by the likes of IBM/AlienVault, Verizon, Dell SecureWorks, etc.  We offer packages designed for your small business, priced at what your small business can handle.
